I am a relationally trained Therapeutic Counsellor qualified to work with adults. I work in a person-centred way to create a confidential, safe, supportive environment. As an integrative therapist, I use Psycho-dynamic principles to support and enable your understanding of how life's past experiences form and shape your way of relating to yourself and the world around you.
My role in your journey is to travel alongside you as you move towards greater self-awareness and acceptance. The journey of self-discovery is unique to each of us, a blend of exploring the painful things that happened as well as the good things that didn't, but which should have and the combined consequences of both on you in the present. Such understanding may create the potential for positive change and allow you to resolve difficulties and choose your own best way forward.
