Firstly, I'd like to introduce myself and tell you a bit about me. I'm Rob and I'm a psychotherapist (in training), as well as an experienced, registered mental health practitioner, based in Bristol. My goal is to provide you with a safe, confidential space where you can feel supported in your journey of self-exploration, allowing you to grow and develop. I believe that through therapy we can gain insight and understand ourselves better, which can be life changing.
My approach to psychotherapy is relational-integrative, which means that I believe the most important part of therapy is our therapeutic relationship, serving as a way of better understanding the relationships in your life and with yourself. At the core of my practice is Object Relations, which focuses on the influence of early relationships and experiences. I am dedicated to providing an anti-oppressive, culturally sensitive, and ethical practice.
I offer both short and long-term therapy, which is weekly and either in-person or online. I also offer a free 15-minute initial online session, which is an opportunity to ask any questions and to explore how we might work together.
I currently have availability Monday, Wednesday, or Thursday late afternoon/early evening, either in-person or online. Each 50-minute session costs £35.00, payable in advance via bank transfer.
