In sessions I focus on helping my clients bring more understanding, compassion and empathy to their lives. I will support you to put energy into nurturing yourself and investing in what is most important to you.
Sessions will include exploring what is going on somatically in the body, as well as the emotions and mind. This approach also values the more intuitive and spiritual side of life and the inspirations that come to us this way. I am a polyvagal informed practitioner so we will also explore how to bring a sense of safety to the nervous system.
