I am an integrative psychotherapeutic counsellor with a master's in Counselling and psychotherapy, a BSc(Hons) in Psychology, and membership in the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. I bring both professional expertise and personal experience into my practice. As a neurodivergent individual with a multicultural background, I offer a diverse and inclusive approach to counselling.
My education and training cover a wide range of therapeutic approaches, including Person- centered, Gestalt, Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and trauma-informed care. I have MA in Counselling and Psychotherapy, a BSc(Hons) in Psychology. I'm committed to lifelong learning and have worked in various mental health support roles in Bristol, including with the NHS, Priority groups, and non- profit charities, helping people with diverse issues.
