I believe that many of us are functioning day to day in a way which can appear to others as if we’re totally ok (and maybe some of the time we do feel ok) but I also understand that getting through the day can feel really hard when you’re struggling with the parts of yourself which feel ‘wrong’, not good enough or in real distress.
