My name is Sophie or Sof. I'm a busy mum of 3 with a passion for all things health and wellness. I have an addiction to books and courses due to my insatiable love of learning in this area. My sessions at The Practice Rooms are Ayurvedic Massage.
When I first experienced this several years ago I immediately thought "Oh my gosh, the world needs this!!!" I had never had a massage like it and made it my mission to get trained.
So, what is it? It's a deeply relaxing massage using hot oils, chosen individually to suit the client, to balance and nourish your body. My aim is to give you that, well deserved, pause from your hectic life allowing you to think - or not! Time that is purely for you while helping your body to cope with all that life throws at it. If you like soft touchable skin you are going to LOVE this!
