Sophie offers therapeutic bodywork based on Shiatsu, with influences from Thai Yoga Massage and Holistic Massage. Ranging from strong physical massage to subtle energy work, each treatment is individual, drawing on two decades of experience in Shiatsu/Yoga/Meditation. ‘Shenmassage’ blends Shiatsu techniques such as palming and acupressure, with oil massage and deep tissue release. The receiver is encouraged to connect with their breath, and the movements of the treatment follow the breath. Sophie has had many positive results in helping people with digestive disorders, IBS, back pain, pregnancy, and any stress related condition. Also offering 1:1 Hatha Yoga and Meditation tuition.
