Steph works with her clients to help them overcome issues which may be holding them back in life such as anxiety, low confidence, stress, insomnia, procrastination, motivation, IBS and phobias.
Using a combination of techniques including solution focused and cognitive behavioural coaching, guided visualisations / meditations and positive suggestions, Steph helps her clients tap into their subconscious to get clarity and create new, more beneficial ways of thinking, feeling and behaving. Clients often notice other areas of their life improving and a greater overall sense of wellbeing and control.
Steph is an accredited member of the British Psychological Society, the Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy and The Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (the governing body for complementary therapists) and adheres to their codes of conduct and ethics.
Sessions typically last around an hour and whilst they tend to follow a similar format each week, Steph also recognises that every person and situation is unique and sessions are tailored accordingly. Steph is compassionate and empathetic and brings these qualities to her practice.
