Thai Yoga Massage has its roots in Buddhism. Traditionally practiced by Buddhist monks in Temples, it is the physical application of metta, or loving - kindness.
Combining passive Yoga stretches, acupressure, reflexology, massage and deep relaxation, the receiver feels energised and renewed after each session. No former knowledge of Yoga is required.
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing (not jeans/skirt) and do not eat a heavy meal less than 2 hours before your massage.
The massage is done on the floor, on a Futon mattress.
