Synergy massage is a powerful system of bodywork created by Peter Warnock. It integrates what he has experienced to be the most powerful elements of eastern/western bodywork and esoteric practice.

By combining superficial and deep tissue manipulation, assisted stretches, pressure point stimulation, breath, energy work, presence work and guided awareness, the perfect space for healing, revitalisation and transformation is created. Treatments also facilitate a unique training in accessing profound relaxation and awakening to deeper levels of presence and aliveness.

Full body sessions are tailored to your individual needs, working your entire body, and last two hours plus. This results in what most clients have said to be a deeply profound experience.
