Mara Wilkes
Hello, I’m Mara Wilkes. I am an Osteomyologist with more than 30 years experience in Musculoskeletal Realignment through gentle, full body Spinal Manipulation and Deep Tissue Release.
I began my training late 80s, in Tokyo, studying Shiatsu. Most recently I have added Kinesiology to my practice as the underlying causes to some manifested symptoms may have an emotional, energetic or even chemical component. I treat physical pain, dysfunction and injury for all ages and body types. This includes:
- backpain
- neck discomfort and headache
- cranial misalignment
- shoulder and arm problems
- RSI
- painful hips and knees
- sore feet
Problem areas can be targeted with a number of techniques which includes muscle release and mobilisation. The treatment is thorough and tailored to suit the needs of each person as a unique individual.
