Hi, I’m Charlie.
I believe therapy should be a space where you can bring your whole, authentic self, free from judgment or pressure. My goal is to create a welcoming, collaborative environment rooted in respect and compassion, where meaningful change can take place.
Reaching out for help can feel hard, but I’m here to guide you through the process. Together, we’ll create a warm, supportive space to explore your experiences - whether that means navigating how your past can influence your present, or simply meeting you where you are now.
My training is integrative, meaning I draw from multiple therapeutic approaches and can tailor sessions to your individual needs. I’m privileged to have worked with people from all walks of life, and I’m passionate about making support accessible. With a background in the Creative Arts, I have provided mental health and accessibility support to industry professionals and worked in one-to-one support for SEN children. I also volunteer at a leading mental health charity in Bristol.
Sessions are available at a reduced rate while I complete my training, and I plan to continue offering a number of concession spaces after qualification as part of my commitment to affordable counselling. I offer both short term and open-ended counselling.
Please feel free to reach out to see if we’d be a good fit, and I look forward to hearing from you.
Training
I am moving into my final year of an Integrative Advanced Diploma at the Bath Centre for Psychotherapy and Counselling, and I am a student member of BACP as a Trainee Counsellor. I abide by the ethical framework for both institutions.
*I am currently available to see clients in Cotham, Westbury-on-Trym, and online*
