We can use therapy to help you to learn new coping skills and try out new ways of being and living life.
As a Clinical Psychologist and Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, I am trained in different ways of working meaning I can adapt to your needs and how we work together will be personal to you. I have been working as a therapist since 2009. I worked in the NHS for a number of years, and now work for a university overseeing courses for therapists alongside my client work. I specialise in therapy for physical health conditions (such as chronic pain, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue and cancer), as well as those with depression, anxiety and other difficulties.
