I offer a safe and understanding space to access therapy and talk about what's going on for you. Therapy can support you to understand yourself better, to explore new perspectives and practice compassion for yourself and others. Whether you have something specific you would like to work on or if you're simply not feeling like yourself and don't know where to start, therapy might be helpful to you.
My approach includes weaving different methods of expression together. It can be difficult to put painful experiences into words for the first time, or to share that with another person. As well as talking, I invite you to use play to express yourself. This can include modelling with clay, drawing with crayons or using pebbles to map out how things feel to you.
What I can help with • Anxiety • Depression • Confidence and self-worth • Domestic abuse • Sexuality • Gender • CPTSD • Body image and eating • Neurodiversity • Relationship difficulties • Estrangement • Chronic illness and disability
I offer an initial meeting in person for £30 to discuss what brings you to therapy and for us to see if you'd like to begin sessions together. Ongoing sessions last 50 minutes and cost £60.
