Hi, I'm Dr Lucy Coonan, chartered Clinical Psychologist (registered with the Health Care Professions Council) and an accredited Coach.
I understand that it may feel overwhelming to speak to a professional about how you're feeling. As a Clinical Psychologist, I draw on several evidence-based therapies including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), CBT and Compassion focused therapy for a range of difficulties including low mood, stress, anxiety, burnout, self-criticism, loss, navigating life transitions and imposter syndrome.
My approach is non-judgemental, collaborative and compassionate. Our therapy sessions provide a safe space to talk and reflect, as well as learn practical tools and techniques to help you relate differently to difficult or painful thoughts and feelings, improve your well-being and enable you to do the things in life that matter to you.
