Hello,

I’m Jinny I work with women who sense something stirring within them – perhaps you’re navigating a significant life transition, feeling estranged from your body or sense of self, or questioning who you are beyond the roles you’ve inhabited. Many of the women I support are moving through midlife changes, grappling with eating difficulties, or facing that uncomfortable space where old certainties no longer feel true. You might be carrying early wounds, a persistent inner critic, or simply a quiet longing for something more authentic and alive.

My approach goes beyond symptoms to meet you as a whole person – mind, body, and soul. I blend psychological understanding with spiritual depth, creating space for you to reconnect with your intuition, release what no longer serves, and remember the wisdom that’s always been within you. As a South Asian therapist, I bring sensitivity to the layered experiences of navigating cultures, expectations, and identities. This work is both gentle and transformative. Together, we explore your emotions, your body’s wisdom, and the deeper questions of meaning and purpose that arise during times of change.

I trained in integrative psychotherapy in London where I previously practiced, and have worked across NHS services and specialist eating disorder clinics. I’m now based in Cheltenham where I offer sessions both in person and online. If you’re in a time of transition and something in you is beginning to wake up, I’d welcome hearing from you. I offer a free 20-minute introductory call to see if we might be a good fit.

Online and/or telephone appointments are available.
