I am an experienced integrative and transpersonal psychotherapist working with adults, couples, children, adolescents, and families. I offer sessions in both French and English, providing a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental environment where individuals can explore their experiences and deepen their awareness of who they are. Psychotherapy is a process of meaningful and lasting transformation – a space where old patterns dissolve, and we uncover more of our innate potential.

My adult clients seek me for various reasons, including anxiety and depression, trauma, identity crises, neurodivergence, relationship issues, grief, and loss. I have extensive experience working with individuals navigating complex intersections of culture, belonging, and difference, and I am a member of the British Association for African and Asian Therapists Network (BAATN), which advocates for greater access to mental health support within ethnic minority communities across the UK.

I have also worked extensively with young people in leading independent schools, agencies, and private practice. Many come to therapy while processing trauma, ambiguous loss, parental separation, or experiences of otherness related to religion, race, culture, or neurodiversity. I support adolescents struggling with anxiety, depression, and loneliness, as well as those finding the transition to adulthood difficult or engaging in self-destructive behaviours. With young people, I integrate play, drawing, storytelling, and creative expression alongside talking, offering a space where feelings can be safely explored.

At the core of my therapeutic practice is the relationship between therapist and client – a dynamic I believe is fundamental to healing and growth. My approach is holistic and tailored to each individual, drawing on psychodynamic, existential, humanistic, Jungian, and transpersonal perspectives. I work with most clients over the long term, meeting weekly at a consistent time. I may incorporate creative methods such as dreams, visualisations, drawings, and sand tray therapy – powerful tools for integrating both conscious and unconscious aspects of the self.

Alongside individual work, I also specialise in couples therapy. Couples may seek therapy during moments of crisis or to strengthen their bond. Some feel trapped in recurring arguments or emotional disconnection, while others are adjusting to major life changes such as marriage, parenthood, or children leaving home. Together, we explore the underlying patterns that shape the relationship – often rooted in early experiences or previous attachments – and how these influence current dynamics. During sessions, I assist partners in gaining insight into these patterns, developing empathy, and exploring new ways of relating that promote connection and trust. Depending on the therapeutic approach, we might use imagery, reflective exercises, or between-session practices to facilitate ongoing change. My role is never to take sides or assign blame, but to offer a supportive and neutral space where both partners can feel heard. The focus remains on the relationship itself – recognising where it becomes stuck and how to shift those patterns towards greater mutual understanding, compassion, and growth.
