Hello,

I’m an Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist, working with adults aged 18 and over. I offer in-person sessions in Sheffield, as well as online and phone sessions nationwide.

Currently, I have a few available appointments on Saturdays and evenings, online.

I believe that the relationship we build in therapy is important and an opportunity for you to experience yourself in new and meaningful ways. We’ll work together to explore those things that feel difficult to face on your own.

I’ll support you in building confidence, resolving inner conflicts, and discovering your own strengths and inner resources.

Sometimes, therapy can feel challenging; however offers the potential for personal growth and new possibilities. My approach is compassionate, trauma-informed and focused on emotional safety; I work at a pace that feels right for you.

My approach is supportive of a range of issues, including self-esteem, low mood, feeling stuck, life transitions, loss and bereavement, health conditions, cancer diagnosis or more significant life challenges. I also work with students

My core training was in Humanistic and Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy (BSc Hons) at The Sherwood Psychotherapy Training Institute (SPTI) in Nottingham. My modality is relational, with a person-centred core, utilising Gestalt methods, and phenomenological enquiry. I also draw on psychodynamic psychotherapy and attachment theories, methodologies that look at how early relationships shape us.

I offer a free 20-minute initial consultation before starting therapy. Each session lasts 50 minutes, whether we meet in person, online, or by phone. My fee is £50 per session.

I offer both short-term and long-term therapy. We’ll regularly check in to make sure our sessions are helpful for you.

I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and fully insured. I receive supervision in line with BACP and SPTI requirements.

I aim to respond to enquiries within 48 hours.
