Hello! I’m Georgia, a qualified therapist based in South London and online, with over a decade of experience in mental health care. My work is rooted in the belief that real healing happens when we feel truly seen, heard, and accepted for who we are. I offer therapy and coaching for adults navigating anxiety, trauma, low self-worth, perfectionism, body image concerns, and more. I specialise in supporting people who feel overwhelmed, caught in cycles of overthinking or people-pleasing, or disconnected from their sense of self. Many of the clients I work with carry a deep sense of “not enough-ness” and are longing to feel more at peace, more connected, and more like themselves again. Together, we create a warm, collaborative space where you can slow down, reflect, and reconnect with your true self. Feeling seen and understood is central to the work, and that sense of connection often deepens as we begin to explore the layers beneath the surface. I work from an integrative framework, drawing primarily on Person-Centred and Psychodynamic Approaches, and incorporating methods from IFS, mindfulness, inner-child work, and somatic practices, to help you make sense of your inner world. These methods support you in understanding how early experiences have shaped protective patterns and beliefs, and in reconnecting with parts of yourself that may have been hidden or unheard. In doing so, therapy becomes a space not only to feel known by another, but to begin knowing and understanding yourself; what’s been holding you back, and what’s needed to move forward with greater clarity and self-compassion. My approach is client-centred and collaborative, meaning I tailor each session to your unique needs and pace. I hold an MSc in Psychology in Clinical Practice, a BACP-accredited Postgraduate Diploma in Integrative Therapeutic Counselling, and specialist training in Empowerment and Purpose Coaching. My experience spans private practice, coaching platforms, trauma and eating disorder clinics, and NHS teams, and I’ve supported children, young people, and adults through a wide range of mental health challenges. I’m a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and committed to ethical, inclusive, and trauma-informed practice. I offer both in-person sessions in South and East London and online support for clients across the UK and internationally. If you’re curious about how we might work together, I offer a free 15-minute consultation, an opportunity to connect, explore your needs, and see what feels most supportive for you.
