Hello, I’m Harriet Wilson. I specialise in helping people to find freedom from disordered eating. Using a solution focused approach, mindfulness and the latest behavioral science. I can support you to create a healthier relationship with eating and your body, whilst nurturing your mental health.

My approach is for you if;

  • You feel stuck in a cycle of disordered eating and identify with either body dismorphia, anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder or orthorexia 
  • You feel overwhelmed with thoughts about food and your body
  • Your relationship with food is getting in the way of how you want to live
  • And you feel ready to create a new relationship with eating and with yourself

It’s important for us both to feel that we’re a good fit to work together, so I make the initial chat free either on the phone or over Zoom. I really look forward to hearing from you to talk more about how we might work together to create freedom from your eating disorder.
