I’m a Humanistic Integrative counsellor with an Advanced Diploma from Bath Centre for Psychotherapy and Counselling.
My training is in Humanistic and Integrative Counselling which means we will work collaboratively to explore the difficulties you are experiencing, find ways to facilitate understanding of yourself and make changes if that’s what you need. We might talk about your life and relationships now and in the past, including from childhood. I aspire to create a warm and empathic environment in which you can bring whatever feels important to you.
I aim to work inclusively and accessibly, and I welcome clients from any background, and clients who are neurodiverse or disabled.
My experience includes working with anxiety, depression, substance misuse and I have a special interest in supporting pregnancy, miscarriage and adapting to parenthood for all genders and families. You must find the therapist who feels right for you, so we will meet for an initial conversation to help with that decision. In this meeting we might think about what you are struggling with now and what your hopes are for our work together.
