I offer practical tools for self-improvement and emotional resilience. Therapy is not just for those feeling troubled by their mental health, it’s for anyone curious about their reactions, thoughts, and patterns in life. I understand that starting therapy can feel overwhelming, which is why I strive to make the process accessible and approachable. Together, we can explore strategies to help you gain clarity, build confidence, and develop skills that support your well-being now and in the future.

As a psychologist, I have been trained in a range of therapies and work integrating techniques from psychodynamic therapy, CBT, and systemic therapy to co-create a bespoke therapy that meets your unique needs. For some, this might mean exploring how past experiences continue to shape present feelings and behaviours, while for others it could involve breaking cycles of unhelpful thinking, managing difficult emotions, or finding new ways to strengthen relationships.

My aim is to create a way of working that is tailored to you and helps you move towards greater self-awareness, resilience, and a sense of ease in everyday life. I am a qualified Psychologist (DPsych) with extensive experience across the NHS, private practice, and charitable services. I draw on broad training in different types of evidence-based therapies to offer safe, effective, and personalised support tailored to your individual needs. I can help you with feeling stuck in unhelpful patterns, overthinking, difficulties with boundaries, or always putting others first.

A typical treatment plan may involve exploring your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, developing new coping strategies, and practicing healthier ways of relating. The benefits often include greater self-awareness, balance, and fulfilment. There are many types of therapy, each with a different focus. Counselling offers space to feel heard, psychodynamic explores how the past shapes the present, CBT works on thought patterns, and systemic looks at relationships. As a psychologist, I use an integrative approach, drawing on all these methods to create a personalised way of working that best supports you.
