Victoria George
I’m a psychodynamic sex and relationship therapist, working with individuals and couples to explore emotional, sexual, and relational challenges. My approach is grounded in curiosity about how our early experiences shape the ways we love, desire, and connect in the present.
Trained at Tavistock Relationships, a leading centre for relational and psychodynamic therapy, I bring both depth of clinical understanding and a warm, grounded presence to my work. I’m currently completing further training in Psychosexual Therapy, deepening my understanding of how the mind and body interact in intimacy, arousal, and desire.
My practice integrates psychodynamic and psychosexual perspectives, recognising that emotional and sexual difficulties are often intertwined. These challenges can reflect deeper meanings about self-worth, vulnerability, and connection. Together, we’ll explore these patterns with curiosity and care, helping you move toward greater awareness, confidence, and pleasure – both emotionally and sexually.
I bring sensitivity to the many ways people experience intimacy, creativity, and love. Therapy with me offers a confidential, supportive space to reflect, grow, and develop more fulfilling relationships with yourself and others.
Starting therapy can feel daunting, especially around sex or relationships. Finding the right therapist is an important step. If you’re struggling, I invite you to send a brief message about what’s concerning you. If I think I can help, I’ll get in touch to arrange an initial consultation.
